An analogy of the social integration of immigrants:

An analogy of the social integration of immigrants: The case of German Jews in Argentina and Argentine Jews in Israel Synopsis
This thesis the accumulation of theoretical and practical experience accumulated over the years in different areas últimos10 academic and civil society related to the dynamics of social integration of German Jewish exiles in times of National Socialism in Germany and Argentine Jewish immigrants in Israel after the last explosion occurred in social Argentina during 2001 / 2 and that meant the fall of the government.
While both realities correspond to different spaces and times would verify aspects coincide, that from the construction of a comparative framework can arrive at conclusions and proposals to governments and nongovernmental organizations to mitigate the causes and effects of social integration problems of immigrant communities in the context of international migration patterns of mid-twentieth century and early twenty-first
explore reality is that these people in a context of genocide, violence social and war, political crisis, social, economic and cultural development in their places of origin and host communities means develops a framework that integrates both pure research and applied research proposals from tending to a significant change in the current trends and conditions of social integration of immigrants to bring them closer to the principles of sustainable development in the context of models of economic globalization and culture in post-industrial society.
channels for dialogue between the Academy, Social media, governments and NGOs means creating the conditions of intersectoral consensus from a situational diagnosis of proposed action plans and programs to improve conditions and levels of social integration of immigrant flows in the receiving society immigration flows.
The main objective of this effort would contribute to the construction of a major change to approximate the conditions of social integration of immigrants into the development framework sustainable.

"The Causes and Urban Socio-environmental impact and social aspects of Argentine immigrants in Spain and Israel"

Introduction to the research
The Social Diagnosis "Causes and effects of the conditions of anomie, culture shock, social segregation and isolation of Jews from Argentina in Israel (2002 / 5) "that occur within the framework of the Institute of Latin American History and Culture at the University of Tel Aviv, h and worked to verify as increased levels of anomie, prevalence of psychosocial dysfunction in the migration process and culture shock difficult conditions of the collective social integration of new immigrants from Argentina in Israel.
I arrived the provisional conclusions as to, as the Israeli specificity in the current context, it would be functional to the movement of international migration and the international flow of labor within the globalization.
In tracing the historical background of migration of Jews from Central Europe to Argentina and the difficult conditions and dangers they were subjected to since the late nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century, times of economic and social crisis, World War I, the Crash of 29, the Second World War with the Holocaust would be some of the major determinants of unprecedented waves of migration of Jews to Latin America in general and Argentina in particular.
Already in the Plata Basin were not exempt from various forms of social discrimination, segregation and racism Judeo-phobic, as happened in the days of May 1909 in the 50s with the proliferation of demonstrations racist by the nationalist right-wing sectors in the 60s., the capture of Eichmann in Argentina would trigger an anti-Israeli campaign to discredit the Jewish community, these events determined from the years 1967 and following a strong increase of migration flows.
The recurrent economic instability, social policies and the ensuing decades, military dictatorships, especially that of 1976/1983, which legitimate and systematized the terrorism of state with his mantle of disappearances and killings, would determine many Argentine Jews to migrate or seek refuge in Israel.
The waves of migration from Argentina to Israel from the year 2001 derived from the social and economic inequalities, increased unemployment, poverty and indigence, deep inflation crises and hyperinflation of the governments of Raúl Alfonsin, Carlos Saul Menem accompanied by abandonment of convertibility for management President de la Rua, the last resignation from a social explosion in December 2001.
This scenario would be the main driver for a significant contingent of Jews from Argentina to try a new plan of life and opportunities in Israel.
Argentine Jews, now Israeli citizens in most cases, immigrants who are Clutches intensive days with lower wage levels and bounded to the status of individual workers is not likely to bid on work and social demands.
Although today, Argentina evidence a marked improvement in its economy and comfort in social conditions, conditions of social change does not include the majority of the members of the Jewish community, an approximately 50% of this population still encounter serious socioeconomic problems, this poses a mystery:
1) Why do not seek go to Israel as a natural place to undertake a change?
2) For many of those in Israel, again?
The answers can be found in the perceptions and social representations that constitutes the specificity of Argentine Jews and the possibility of carrying out a project of life according to the guidelines and principles that moves them to immigrate to Israel, ie subjective aspects influencing the alternative, viability and success of the migration process p.
This reality associated with that encounter difficulties in articulating the conditions for social mobility overcome the integration problems bounded to work only requires minimal or no qualifications.
Moreover, the welfare character of most Israeli social integration programs focus on different types of financial aid with a range of economic benefits for a limited period but lack of systematic failures to mitigate psychosocial process that involves the social integration of immigrants
The official discourse claims that the Jews of Argentina do not come because the socio-economic policies and would improving, it would be one of the main hindrances to the decision to migrate.
In this sense, to confront realities, I have made a synthetic informative comparative analysis of the migration process from Argentina to Spain, verifying that the mass arrivals of recent years, detecting as 60.40% would informal immigrants, that is undocumented and in spite of this condition were able to access jobs and tasks that allow them some social mobility, whereas in most cases would not happen in Israel.
The ease communication and access to telematics, Internet and telephone to discuss reality with family, friends, institutions and agencies contributes to the immediate dissemination of the objective conditions of social integration in Spain and Israel, it would act on their perceptions about the desire or not to immigrate.
regard to the social integration of academics in Israel, though, immediate access to the status of citizen, this would ensure only a small portion to circumvent the filters and restrictions.
Traditionally Israeli immigration policies were aimed at attracting Jewish in extreme emergency or subject to hazards such as social discrimination, racism, socio-political crisis, economic and social extremes, starvation, today these phenomena at the very least would not be so common in most societies in which there are large communities Jewish.
While no hard data provided by Israeli government agencies, it is common knowledge that 10% of immigrants fail in their social integration and return or seek alternative destinations, this process is called in Hebrew " Yerida "given the structural trend in the fall arrival of immigrants to Israel, in terms mean a negative demographic trend of migration flows, ie go over the arrivals.
recent demographics show that in this period (2001/2004) have arrived in Spain some 10,000 members of the Jewish community, this context reveals the existence of an epistemological void because of the very few rigorous studies demographic and psycho-social reality of so many Jewish Argentine immigrants who arrived in Spain, in this sense, our contribution would be a significant contribution, as we intend to conduct a rigorous and unprecedented comparative study on the social and socio-economic Argentine Jews in Spain and Israel, it will be of interest to researchers from Argentina, Spain and Israel
Research Problem
Our approach focuses Problem answer the unknowns to plant the appearance and analytical categories of the causes and effects of urban socio-environmental and social aspects of Argentine immigrants in Spain and Israel, a phenomenon that has not been investigated in depth, see: Ran, Fany (2004) On the Alía Argentina, New Sion www.nuevasion.com.ar , in this context that this study takes an important character, since he tried to make unpublished data and conclusions.
studies in depth the many dimensions involved from analytical research methodology of social sciences in its descriptive-exploratory method to explain, define and describe in detail the phenomenon from a logical reasoning and systematic formulation relating the qualitative and quantitative paradigms to answer the mystery:
implementation would be public policy and social development of the global neoliberal model a device determining the deepening of social inequalities, segregation and urban socio-psycho-social dysfunctions of many members of the group of Argentine immigrants looking to establish their home in Spain and not in Israel?
To answer this question that the problem required an exploratory descriptive study whose timing is synchronous: between the years 2007 / 8 focused on the in-depth analysis of the conditions of anomie, shock cultural, social segregation and isolation from categories standardized analytical specificity according to ethno-cultural, social and political life of Israel and Spain.
stage articulate analysis from focusing qualitative research paradigm for studying secondary sources, bibliographic content analysis using triangulation process variables, primary sources: interviews, life histories and biographies.
Our research topics will be: Culture Shock, Anomia conditions, psycho-social dysfunction, social segregation, isolation, Inequality, Poverty, Socio-urban conditions and social environment of immigrants from Argentina to Spain and Israel.
Time and space is bounded to urban centers with a strong presence Argentines who have immigrated between 2001 / 5 to Spain and Israel, the unit of analysis is each of Argentine immigrants over 18 years living in Spain and Israel.

A genealogy of the" Habitus "The Germ spoken on Jews at Buenos Aires City DURING Nazi's years and afterwards Ronaldo Marco Deligdisch

A genealogy of the «Habitus»
on the German spoken Jews at Buenos Aires City
during Nazi’s years and afterwards
Ronaldo Marco Deligdisch
As a matter of my research, I am intended to study the process involved in emigration and immigration, the problems concerning social integration and the impact of the cultural collisions among immigration waves of the German Jews in Argentina during Nazi’s years and after the Second World War (1933-1952).
I am committed to study the discourse included in German Jews’ social representations and their «Habitus», based upon content analysis of the stories of their lives, and the narrative focused on the assimilation in the German society, their kind of nationalism and Pan Germanic and their consequences in the process of social integration in Argentina as the results of a forced immigration one.
Based on my experience as immigrant, and on my participation because of my specialization in Israel in Community Sociology mainly focused in the immigrants’ social integration, I was capable of creating a reflexive sociology about our elder people that was forced by the Shoah exile; and that was the origin of this new participation that I am proposing to myself to develop now. I would make a comparison between social facts both in Germany as in Argentina, putting my analysis upon the suitable characteristics regarding the German state, joining them to the political, economic, social and psycho social conditions and with the social conflict during the Nazi period in Germany, and in Argentina afterwards.
This project has become one of the few comparative studies available about the German Jews immigrants and refugees’ psycho social dysfunctions, regarding analytical categories about their main conflicts, tensions, restrictive situations and every problem concerned to the immigration waves arrived at Buenos Aires between 1933 and 1941, and their offspring in Argentina, Germany and Israel.
