The Objective of this Social Diagnostic and Research Project set out to analyze the causes and determining effects of the Anomy conditions, Cultural Shock, Social Segregation and the Isolationism of the Latin American Jews in Israel.

We have decided to conduct this study from the perspective of a Social Diagnose since we wish to know and to act with effectiveness, that is to say, to take the first step to be able for the planning and publishing of Social Policies of Jews of the Argentinean Community in Israel। This research will examine from standardized Analytical Categories according to Ethnic-cultural, social and political specificity of Israel the increase level of the Anomy, Psycho-Social Dysfunctions, Cultural Shock, Social Segregation and the permanent adjustment consequences that print the Global Neo-Liberal Development Model in the groups from Argentina in Israel.

In order to be able to respond the Incognita that plants the Research Problem, it requires of an Exploratory and Descriptive study whose temporality is Synchronous the years 2002/5. In a first stage the analysis is focused to studying the secondary sources: Analysis of The Bibliographical Content using the Triangulation Variables process. The second stage will focused on primary sources: Life histories of key informants. Our Research Topic: Cultural shock, Anomy Psycho-Social Conditions Dysfunctions, Social Segregation and Isolationism of the Latin American Jews in Israel. The Time and Space: Urban Centers, Rural communities of the Israeli Center Region with high demographics of Argentinean Jews during 2002/5. As Analysis Unit we have taken a Social Sample Immigrants 17 years and greater of Argentina.

INTRODUCCION
