Good questions are stimulating, they make you think of things you had not thought of and people value the questions for what they teach and what you can learn from them. Dumb questions annoy, it's silly to ask the obvious or ask what you can answer for yourself. Do not ask what we know or what we think we can tell someone close, or even if it's something you can find on your own. We must articulate questions with precision, clarity and order.
