One of my greatest passions and strong without a doubt is the Church, I am excited to think of the beloved, the role, as it was designed to be the body of Christ and the Bride Lamb.
Within what I have working with young people from different ministries, I have come to the conclusion that God has called us to meet more than just a Sunday congregation, sing some songs and hear a message from the Word of God. Undoubtedly He not only calls us to meet together, but also to be the church and even more: to do church.
These concepts are often criticized for being our brothers from the emerging church, but in fact, have a great truth that we learn and practice, longing for this so that the church becomes a day that loved without stain or wrinkle why Christ comes.
Called to be Church.
Every Christian church were made because the Holy Spirit has been dwelling within our hearts are in His temple (1 Cor 3:16, 1 Corinthians 6:19, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Snt 4:5), being in this way that God no longer dwells in temples made by men (Acts 7:48), but has come to dwell within us.
On this basis our lives must become a place of constant worship and fellowship with God through His Holy Spirit, which serves to transform, teaching all things.
To try to be a bit more practical, what I mean to say that we are called to be church, is the fact to have personal time in which you can pray, sing, seeking God in private, hear his voice through his Word and his Spirit, having no such a relationship with someone far away, but having a one to one, such as having a husband and wife.
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and may your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you which will, too. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
Called to do church.
I think this point is a bit trickier to understand, because not only were we made Church, called to this personal communion, but also were called to do church.
Jesus himself mentioned that where two or more gathered in his name, why is he in their midst (Matthew 18:20), this means that wherever we can find the time to meet in his name is there is the church in our midst.
Paul speaking to the believer in his first letter to the Corinthians he writes saying that when they meet, each one can have a song, a teaching, something that God has revealed, a tongue or an interpretation. But all this must be for the edification of believers gathered at the time and place, ie the church (1 Cor 14:26).
I am convinced that God reveals himself differently to each person according to his manifold wisdom (Eph 3:10) and we need to look for moments to be together and build one another.
This goes beyond the religious schemes that we have today and that does not require a program, when assigned from time to time, or any "minister" to chair the meeting, but only the desire to be together as a family and share those things that God has shown us.
Personally, one of the things I enjoy most is doing church , has at times been with my friends or my family from being in someone's house talking and sharing together in a restaurant having breakfast or smoking a cigarette, even in a park taking the Lord's Supper with bread and grape juice purchased at the corner store, nothing is set, but God is taking you experience it, so that the building each other and God's presence is tangible.
Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, united, feeling the same thing. Phil 2:2
Called to rally.
Another of the things that convinced me is that the congregation is a necessity in the life of the believer, because it meets a specific purpose within the Being and Doing Church, could not complement and be beloved of God if it were not this way.
The main purpose for a group of believers meeting together, what we call "Local Church", is to look for worship (Hebrews 2:12, Psalm 107:32, Psalm 22:22) and prayer (HHC 2:42, 12:5, 1 Tim 2:1) collectively.
Psalm 22:3 says that God dwells among the praises of his people, ie he is present when people gather to praise collectively, so we can say that also in these moments is the church, not just because we are gathered in his name, but also because we have collectively decided to praise him as his people.
not give up meeting together, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that day is coming. Heb 10:25

When we think of today's congregations maybe we can find many man-made schemes that are inadequate and unbiblical, but certainly regardless of how it has distorted the concept of church leading us to think that it is in a specific building or place where we think God is revealed, God loves his people and wants to manifest in our midst, but for this we need to restore and renew our understanding letting himself be who transform our belief system leading us to a greater understanding of purpose that has left for his beloved.
may not see things as I do and good, do not pretend to think as I think, but if you intend to launch a manifesto that revealed a bit of what God has shown me.
Many times we think that the disagreements within the Christian Church are bad, but in reality is a necessity, because in this way reveals God to men, there are people who come to a more advanced understanding of some things and we should be aware of the importance of listening, inquiring and discerning what others think, maybe this way we move ever closer to God's plan for his beloved.
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily whether those things were so. Acts 17:11
The church was called as one body, although it has different members, we can not see the organizational church as an institution, but must view it as a body despite its large differences knows how to work as one, since it is governed by the head that is Christ.
long to know God's plan for your church, realize that each member has its function and live in love edifying one another.
So you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the family of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, being the chief cornerstone Jesus Christ Himself, in whom the whole building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. Eph 2:19-22
